Wow, I have never seen such a pathetic display of whining. The Sports manager pulling his team off the field because he lost his temper and got told to leave the field. Then they go back to the dugout and sit there. There was still 4 more innings and they were only behind by 5 runs. Whatever! Airhogs still won and are unstoppable.

OMG im so mad i wasnt at this game! I always enjoy seeing grown men cry! Sounds like it was definatly a night for the AirHogs history books. Hopefully Shreveport wont wimp out tomorrow night and will actually give us a game worth watching. I just feel bad for everyone who bought a ticket for tonights game, what a rip off to only get to see half a game!

The American Assoc. has to take some action against the Sports' manager for his Little League tantrum...the bottom line is that the Sports can't compete with the Hogs or from what I've seen, many other teams in the league...for those at the game, what was Inky's reaction to the beaning and Sports' walkoff?....

I left the game before this happened. However last night home plate umpire has to be the worst umpire in the league. He is not liked by anyone but himself. Maybe if he could make consistent calls and treat the players and coaches with a little respect he wouldn't have to eject so many people. A couple weeks ago he booted Inky and JB in the same inning.

The Sports manager has some issues. I work for the Wichita Wingnuts and a couple weeks ago he got ejected from the game up here. He refused to leave the field for over 30 minutes just going back and forth yelling at people. Then he would finally walk threw the outfield to go to the locker room and change is mind and start it all over again. He should be kicked out of baseball period.

I wasn't there, but that kind of thing in pro baseball is unacceptable. I remember it happening once when I was on my highschool team and the opposing team's coach got fed up with the umps and did the exact same thing as Bevington. That's high school and no big deal.

But at QTP, I feel for all those PAYING fans who waited thru a two hour delay for the game to start. Those money paying fans who buy concessions and souvenirs during the game didn't get their money's worth from a full 8-1/2 or 9 inning game. Games called by rain after 4-1/2 innings happen, but the Shreveport mgr. needs a good long unpaid vacation and his wallet made a little lighter, at the very least.
